"I want my clients to feel good about themselves and their skin," says Lori Anderson, reviewed by online spa directory Splendora as one of San Francisco's best estheticians. After training at a well-known San Francisco spa, Lori began her own business in the late 90's. Lori's goal for beginning her own skin care studio was to create a comfortable, warm, and friendly environment for her clients to relax and tend to their skin care needs.

She has seen a wide range of skin types and conditions and still loves the challenge of each individual client. "I try to really listen to people on a personal level, which you don't always see at the bigger, trendier spas," explains Lori. "I have all types of clients, from the CEO of a large corporation to a student. And I care about helping each and every one of them get the results that they are looking for."

Lori is constantly learning new techniques, trying new products, and researching the latest concepts in skin care. Her approach is one that balances science and common sense; Lori's medical background as a paramedic helps to inform her choices and philosophy towards skin care. Lori works primarily with her hands rather than machines. She also spends almost the entirety of each appointment with her clients and schedules appointments with plenty of buffer time in between.

Lori performs all of the services herself as well as scheduling appointments. Lori is big on teaching clients how to take care of their skin in between appointments.
